How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.

Note: contact address, phone and email are confirmed business details. Bank account details, company registration information and policy timelines are still placeholders and can be updated at any time from the admin dashboard.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order, request a consultation, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the content of your messages.

How we use your information

Your information is used to process and deliver orders, respond to service and consultation requests, provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — send product updates.

Payment information

We never store raw card details. Online card payments, when enabled, are handled entirely by the payment provider (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or Squad) on their secure infrastructure. We only store the transaction reference and status returned to our server.

Data security

Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and administrative functions are restricted to authorised administrator accounts.

Sharing

We share information with delivery partners and payment processors only to the extent needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
